How do I know if treatment is right for me?
When mental health symptoms begin to impact your work, relationships, school performance, sleep patterns, daily responsibilities, or general well-being, consulting with a professional can provide clarity about your situation and available options. There's no need to have all the answers before reaching out. An initial consultation can help identify whether treatment would be a beneficial next step for you. What happens during my first appointment?
During your first appointment, your provider will gather information about your symptoms, background, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve through treatment. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions, share what you've been going through, and explore potential treatment approaches. Based on this conversation, your provider will suggest appropriate next steps tailored to your specific situation. What conditions do you treat?
Our services address a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD and trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), ADHD, bipolar disorder, panic disorder, and social anxiety. Since symptoms often overlap across different conditions, your provider will work closely with you to understand your experience and identify the most appropriate treatment approach. What treatment will I receive?
Treatment is personalized to each individual rather than following a universal approach. Your provider will suggest options after considering your symptoms, diagnosis, past treatment experiences, personal preferences, and therapeutic goals. As your needs evolve and progress is assessed, your treatment plan may be adjusted accordingly.Do you accept insurance?
Insurance acceptance depends on the specific provider and your individual plan. Our staff can assist you in understanding your benefits and determining what coverage may apply to services at Anxiety & Depression Centers. You're welcome to reach out to our office for support or complete the insurance verification form available on our website. A clinical assessment can help identify the most appropriate level of care for your needs.Do I need a referral from a doctor or therapist?
